How many spots do I need?
We accept all lot and driveway sizes, from a 1-car driveway to commercial lots with more than 100 spots.
What does DIBS take?
We take 15% of your listing price on event bookings, and you keep the rest. All bookings honor the fee structure in place at the time of booking.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as your listing is well documented with photos and access instructions, and drivers don't need you to let them in. Most hosts never meet the people parking with them.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed through Stripe and go straight to your bank. Event earnings are paid out 3 business days after the event.
What are my responsibilities as a host?
Hosts must ensure their space is available during listed hours, matches the listing description, and is accessible and safe for drivers. Confirmed bookings must be honored, and availability should be kept up to date.
What if a driver overstays or parks wrong?
Drivers are charged overstay fees after a grace period, and those fees are paid directly to you. DIBS handles the communication, enforcement, and towing escalation if needed, so you never have to confront anyone.
What liability protection is provided?
Every booking is covered under our general commercial liability policy, with documented enforcement procedures. DIBS helps manage disputes and issues to reduce host involvement and risk.
